Start with how you want the session to feel.

A course name is a starting point. Describe your preferred pressure, areas you would like included and movements you would rather avoid. Availability and the final session are confirmed before travel.

Start with the difference you will actually feel

The first menu decision is technique. Thai is the dry style with firm pressure and assisted stretching; Aroma uses oil and smoother movements with gentler pressure; Healing is the softest oil style. The names should help you explain a preference, not make you guess which label is the most prestigious. If you are unsure, tell the operator whether you enjoy stretching, prefer a flowing session or dislike strong pressure. That description is more useful than saying you want whichever course is most popular.

A full day on foot does not produce a universal course choice. One traveler likes the structure of pressure and stretching after sightseeing, while another wants a calm, light treatment before sleep. A long flight can also leave you more interested in rest than in an energetic session. This menu is not a diagnosis or a claim that a course treats a particular condition. Choose an experience you are comfortable with and discuss any limit relevant to how the massage is performed.

The minutes should fit the actual evening

Regular courses offer 60, 90 or 120 minutes, subject to the working schedule. Those are session lengths. Arrival, reception and a lift-key meeting happen beforehand. When selecting a duration, think about when you will be ready at the accommodation and when you need the evening to end. A longer treatment can be enjoyable when the room time is genuinely free; it creates avoidable pressure when it is squeezed between a late dinner and an early departure.

You can plan a shorter first visit without committing to an extension. Extra time depends on the therapist’s next appointment and needs a new agreement about minutes and amount. If you already know that you want a longer session, ask for the longer listed duration before dispatch. Do not assume the person will remain available merely because there is no immediate conversation about another booking. The operator can check the schedule while there is still room to choose an arrangement that fits.

Combination courses and therapist-specific options

Special is a 120-minute combination of Thai 60 and Aroma 60. It makes sense when you want both a dry pressure-and-stretching phase and an oil phase. VIP is 150 minutes, comprising Aroma 60, Thai 60 and Healing 30. Choosing a combination should reflect genuine interest in those styles rather than an assumption that more techniques always improve a session. The total time belongs in the evening plan, and your comfort preferences still apply throughout the course.

Korean Healing is a separate option with 60- and 90-minute listings. A Korean or Japanese therapist preference can change the eligible course and quote, so connect the person and treatment in the same request. Do not select a photograph under a regular Aroma price and infer that the displayed amount covers every available therapist. Ask what the preferred person can offer today, for your destination and time. The confirmation is the point at which the menu becomes a specific appointment.

Say what matters before the first movement

Oil courses are described by the operator as undressed treatments. Ask about covering and make your comfort preferences clear before starting. Pressure, pace and any area you do not want worked on should be understood without ambiguity. You can request a change during the treatment. A course label is not blanket agreement to any technique, and enjoying a gentle start does not oblige you to accept stronger pressure later. Practical communication belongs within the session, not only in the booking message.

At arrival, repeat the course and duration you accepted and have the agreed payment ready. If the arrangement seems different, check with the operator before proceeding. The massage starts after the administrative agreement is settled, and the room should have a clear usable area. For oil treatments, keep personal clothing and travel items away from the treatment space rather than crowded around the bed. Ask what supplies are brought instead of assuming a hotel’s own spa equipment forms part of an independent visit.

Use a first session to communicate the right rhythm

Before the first movement, describe what a good session would feel like to you in plain terms: “gentle throughout,” “firm but please adjust when I ask,” or “I enjoy stretching, but keep the pace slow.” These examples are comfort preferences, not a new course menu. Ask the therapist to explain anything you do not understand and do not remain silent because the booked style sounds strong. A well-chosen course still needs ongoing feedback. Longer minutes create more treatment time, not a requirement to tolerate an uncomfortable technique.

When the appointment ends, keep any later request separate from tonight’s completed session. You can ask for the same person again, but another date requires a schedule check. If you want to try a different technique on a future visit, name that course rather than expecting the previous therapist to infer it. The menu is most useful as a shared vocabulary for preferences, minutes and price; its purpose is to make the booking understandable without turning personal comfort into guesswork.
