Landing is the start of your journey
A flight’s scheduled landing time is not your hotel ready time. You still need to leave the aircraft, complete entry procedures, collect baggage and travel to the accommodation. Choose an appointment after these steps rather than asking for dispatch while your arrival remains uncertain.
Your best update is the point when you know the hotel, room and expected ready time. If you are held up, tell the operator before travel begins. A clear revised time is more useful than repeated promises that you will be ready soon.
Keep airport and accommodation separate
If you want a visit at your hotel, send the hotel destination rather than the airport terminal or transfer pickup point. If your accommodation is near an airport, provide the exact property address so the operator can check the route and service availability.
An airport-area visit and a city-center visit may have different travel requirements. Ask for a destination-specific estimate and any travel charge before agreeing. Do not use an estimate for central Seoul as a promise for another location.
Leave time to settle in
Check in, put your bags away and confirm the room before final dispatch. Give yourself enough time to shower if you want to, arrange the treatment space and prepare the agreed payment. A visit is easier to coordinate when you are already at the destination.
If you are very tired, choose an appointment that you can remain awake and reachable for. Keep the chat available until the therapist arrives. If your plans change, send a clear cancellation or revised request and wait for acknowledgment.
Make a realistic request
State your course, preferred duration and ready time together. The operator will check the available therapist and confirm the visit rather than automatically reserving someone based on your flight number.
Once the details are confirmed, reread the destination and timing. Flight delays, road traffic and check-in queues can all change the evening. Keep the conversation updated so the visit fits the stay you actually have.
