Book for your actual destination
A meeting venue, exhibition hall and hotel can be in different parts of a city. Send the accommodation address where you will receive the therapist, even if your daytime schedule is centered somewhere else. This lets the operator check the route to the right building.
For a business hotel with multiple towers or serviced residences, include the building name and entrance instructions. If a company has arranged your room, use the property details on the reservation rather than a general office address.
Leave a buffer after meetings
An appointment works best when you have finished the day and returned to the room. Allow for a meeting that runs late, dinner and the journey back. Give a ready time that accounts for these steps.
If your schedule moves, contact the operator before the therapist travels. After dispatch, a different destination or time may not be possible. A prompt update gives the operator a chance to check what can still be arranged.
Choose technique before duration
Start with your pressure preference. Thai is listed as firm pressure and stretching, while Aroma and Healing use oil with gentler styles. Explain what you want rather than assuming that a course name describes every therapist’s technique.
Then choose a session length that fits the rest of your evening. If you have an early departure, account for the arrival estimate and the appointment itself. Ask about an extension before assuming one is available.
Keep one final agreement
Confirm the therapist, course, duration, final price and payment method together. If you are using foreign cash or a digital payment service, ask for the amount and procedure before the visit.
Hotel visitor rules still apply to a business booking. Check the permitted lobby meeting point and keep your phone available for the arrival message. Room numbers and payment records should remain in the private booking conversation.
