Identify the exact property
Hotel brands can have several branches within one city. Send the full hotel name, including the branch or neighborhood, and the road address shown on your booking. A station name or a nearby attraction can help explain the area, but it is not a substitute for the destination.
Use your current accommodation rather than the place where you spent the day. If your booking app and the hotel sign use slightly different English names, send the property’s own address. A map pin can be useful alongside the written details.
Check the visitor route
Your hotel decides whether visitors may enter and how they reach guest floors. Ask reception about the permitted entrance, meeting floor and elevator access before the appointment is confirmed. A guide on this website does not establish a partnership with a hotel.
Some buildings require the registered guest’s card in the elevator. In that case, agree on a lobby meeting point, wait for the arrival message and escort the therapist upstairs. Make the floor specific: 1F, LL or another level used by the property.
Keep recognition simple
The operator can send an arrival message and a current outfit photo so you know whom to meet. Read the message before leaving the room. If several entrances are in use, confirm which one you are approaching instead of assuming that everyone is at the main doors.
Keep your phone reachable during the final approach. If the therapist cannot contact you or cannot enter the building, the appointment may be delayed. Tell the operator promptly if your room number changes after an upgrade or a move.
Confirm while you are ready
Send the room number in the private booking conversation. If a room-key photo is requested to verify the booking, include only what is needed to establish the property and your stay. Avoid sending unrelated documents or card details.
Wait for the operator’s confirmation before treating the visit as arranged. That message should identify the therapist, course, duration, final amount and arrival plan. If you are still checking in, give the time when you will actually be settled in the room.
